Return Policy
- For online purchases,UGG will accept merchandise in its original condition for a fullrefund/exchange when accompanied by the original sales slip.We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used,altered or damaged.

There are 2 ways to make an exchange.

- Send back the original pair with a copy of your receipt and an note for asking for exchange,once we receive the original pair back,we will enter a new order for you and refund the original order.
